We are now on the fourth largest country, Indonesia. Indone-
sian food is huge in the Netherlands, which colonized the
islands for nearly 350 years. In the United States, that cuisine
is not as big but there still are some good restaurants of it.
One of them is Simpang Asia in Palms. They have a good
selection of spicy dishes at reasonable prices. We are going to
the Simpang Asia on 10433 National Boulevard near the cor-
ner of Motor.
