Hosted by Stan West in Ladera Heights (near Culver City),
this is one of the oldest continuous monthly group meet-
ings. Stan is a gourmet cook and will put out a spread such
that no one will be disappointed they came! Look for roast
chicken au vin this time. He can accommodate up to 7
people. Five of those lucky people will be randomly cho-
sen to read their stuff to the rest of the group for some con-
structive criticism. Those not chosen will get accolades
from their fellow authors for helping the others chase that
dream, and some great food! Vegetarian options will be
