This time we are doing Spain and my favorite Iberian restaurant in Los Angeles- La Paella. As you might assume from the name, this restaurant specializes in paella and has nine different versions of the dish, including vegetarian. They also have a wide selection of tapas and other dishes. Note that we are meeting on Tuesday since they are not open on Sundays and Fridays and Saturdays can get packed.
