International Diners' Club. In our Olympic chronology, we are now at home base, specifically 1932 Los Angeles. Doing a California cuisine place would not be too interesting, so let's do a region that is only a few hours' drive from here: the Southwest. The cuisine here is basically inventive Mexican food. The dish I had last time and that I would recommend is the polenta ravioli with a queso sauce.
